Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY POST WITHIN MAINLAND UK 

CARRIER - We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all deliveries and charge a flat rate for all customers.

IN STOCK - We aim to send your order within 3 working days and then you will need to wait for a few days whilst Royal Mail expedites your delivery. We will notify any customers if this is not possible. A GPS system is operated by Royal Mail for all deliveries and you will also receive a tracking number. Please note if you order In Stock and Made to Order you will need to wait for your Made to Order play mats to be made and then they will all be sent together. 

MADE TO ORDER  - We will make your order and send it to you with approx 7 - 10 working days from the date placed via Royal Mail. A GPS system is operated by Royal Mail for all deliveries and you will also receive a tracking number.

CUSTOM ORDER - All delivery times are specified and will be agreed when your order is placed.

WORKING DAYS - Monday to Friday
