Delivery Information

At The Play Mat Kingdom, every play mat is lovingly handcrafted with care. Delivery times vary depending on whether your play mat is Ready to Post, Made to Order or Custom Made.

Where do you deliver?

At the moment, we deliver to mainland UK only.

How will my order be sent?

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. A flat delivery rate applies to every order, and you'll receive a tracking number once your play mat has been dispatched.

Ready to Post

If your chosen play mat is Ready to Post, we aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days.

If your order includes both Ready to Post and Made to Order play mats, everything will be dispatched together once your made-to-order play mat has been completed.

Made to Order

Made-to-order play mats are lovingly handcrafted especially for you and are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Custom Made

Looking for something truly unique?

I'd be delighted to create a bespoke play mat just for you. Whether you have a particular colour palette, theme or design in mind, please get in touch to discuss your ideas and current lead times.

Working Days

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Need your play mat by a particular date?

If you need your order for a birthday, Christmas or another special occasion, please get in touch before placing your order. I'll always do my best to help wherever possible.
